Hypershell Wins Multiple Honors at IFA 2026 with Industry-First Innovations and Strong Visitor Engagement
Hypershell, a global leader in consumer exoskeletons, concluded its participation at IFA 2026. The company showcased Hypershell HaloTM, its industry-first exoskeleton designed for all-terrain mobility, featuring four powered hip and knee joints for natural assistance and protection. Weighing just 2.6kg with a 1,490W peak output, it offers up to 20km of battery range and folds to under 8 litres for backpack portability.
Hypershell earned widespread industry validation with nearly 20 awards from top media outlets, including TechRadar, GameStar.de, T3, Netzwelt, and Tom's Guide. The brand also won in the Best in Mobility and Best in Design categories at the 2026 IFA Innovation Awards. Across the five-day show, the Hypershell booth saw sustained foot traffic, with attendees testing the product portfolio. Feedback highlighted AI-powered gait synchronization, intuitive adaptive support, and versatile use cases from fitness training to outdoor and daily mobility support.
The company tied product experience with its Tech for Good mission by donating eight X Pro S exoskeletons valued at €7,992 to Ramblers, Britain’s walking charity, under the 'Every Step Counts' initiative. Hypershell is expanding its retail footprint with in-store experience zones in markets like Italy, France, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, partnering with retail chains such as Mediaworld, Unieuro, Decathlon, Fnac, Globetrotter, Intersport, and Bründl Sports.
Nick Wang, Sales Director for Europe at Hypershell, stated that IFA 2026 marks a milestone, with overwhelming demand for Halo and industry recognition reinforcing the need for accessible, consumer-first exoskeleton technology. The first 200-unit limited Hypershell Halo Origin Edition, priced at €2,299, has seen robust pre-order demand, with deliveries scheduled to begin in November.
